چکیده
Integrating building technology systems into urban green buildings is an emerging movement in developed countries to create a paradigm of human-oriented built environment inside the workspaces. This paper thrives on aiming at conversion smart-green facilities initiated develop employee-oriented office using decision-making models. The study identifies factors affecting employee satisfaction as building-related factors, non-building-related Multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA) and Structural equation model (SEM) through comprehensive literature review. Extensive bibliographic research has been driven for 21 years understand relationship between models buildings. provides overall ideology impact focusing satisfaction. concludes by introducing integrated MCDA SEM method lesser complex hybrid improved employee-friendly environment.

An Integrated Model for Optimization Oriented Decision Aiding and Rule Based Decision Making in Fuzzy Environment
In this paper a fuzzy decision aid system is developed base on new concepts that presented in the field of fuzzy decision making in fuzzy environment (FDMFE). This framework aids decision makers to understand different circumstances of an uncertain problem that may occur in the future. Also, to keep decision maker from the optimization problem complexities, a decision support system, which can ...
متن کاملHouse of Improvement Model to Enhance Prioritisation of Solutions in Decision Making: a Case Study
The decision making on selection of improvement solutions was one of the obstacles hampering the success of process improvement. This paper presents the House of Improvement (HOI) model as a guideline to link decision criteria for the prioritisation of improvement solutions. Three phases in the HOI are applied to facilitate selection and to ensure that suitable and value-added solutions are cho...
متن کاملAssessing the Effects of Infrastructure, Land Use and Built-Environment on the Bicycle Mode Choice in Urban Trips Using A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Approach
This study identified the most important variables affecting the choice of bicycles in urban travel in terms of infrastructure, land use, and environmental conditions and could be a roadmap for future studies with a special look at the variables related to land use. Cycling has long been a way of traveling, especially in urban settings. But choosing this mode of travel requires improvements to ...

ANOVA-ANalysis Of VAriance. ANOVA is used to determine if differences found between groups of data are statistically significant. ANOVA compares variation around the mean values of groups of measurements – for example, household VMT at different levels of land use mix near households. BMI – Body Mass Index, a height / weight ratio. A BMI of over 25 is classified as overweight, and 30 is general...
